Marina Bay Financial centre

Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) is an iconic development along Singapore’s southern coastline and the Marina Bay waterfront. The development consists of a seamless integration of three office towers, two residential towers – Marina Bay Residences, Marina Bay Suites – and the Marina Bay Link Mall, underlining the concept of  work, live and play under one roof.  CK Asset Holdings Limited is a member of the consortium which is developing the MBFC. The integrated development is  designed by international architects Kohn Pedersen Fox of the United States.

Conceptualised to be Asia’s Best Business Address, the three commercial towers of MBFC offer more than three million square feet of prime Grade A state-of-the-art office space built to handle the stringent demands of businesses.  All office space consists of large spacious floor plates and are specially designed for financial service tenants, capable of accommodating large trading offices and continuous business connectivity with multiple levels of service and backup systems.

Tower 1 stands at 33 storeys and is fully leased to international banking and financial institutions. Tower  2, at 50 storeys, is leased to multinational institutions which are engaged in industries such as investment banks and private banks.

Tower 3 stands at 46 storeys and is pre-leased to blue chip financial institutions, international law firms and professional services companies from Singapore and globally. With its strategic location at the centre of Marina Bay, MBFC will be the epicentre of Singapore’s stunning new skyline, offering its tenants one of the world’s most iconic and sought-after business addresses in Asia.
